own business identity and will play a conventional
consulting role to your organization during
the process of providing agreed services. Such
a business model is commonly being used in consulting
and business facilitation services where direct
contact with potential customers is minimal.

| 3. INDEPENDENT AGENCY
MODEL |
Channel Innomatrix retains its
own business identity and will act on its own
account to perform business activities. This
model is particularly applicable when Channel
Innomatrix is contracted as a direct distributor
or as a regional exclusive agency of your organization.

Knowing that trust and confidence require
time and they are only gained through delivery of
results, we take a phased approach to make it easier
for you on decision-making. This means that we offer
you the possibilities of choosing trial project, trial
period and short-term agreement with a vision of transferring
into long-term business partnership.
COST
Depend on the type of assignments, there
are up to three types of payment involved in a given
project.

STANDARD PROJECT FEE

Standard project
fee is the primary type of payment that is applicable
across all type of assignments. It is generally
determined by the amount of work involved and
is calculated at either an hourly/monthly rate
or at an agreed fee for the entire project.

2. STANDARD
EXPENSES
|
Standard expenses apply to any
costs that associated with the project activities.

| 3. ADDITIONAL SUCCESS FEE |
Additional success fee is often
applied for those projects that are directly linked
with tangible sales results in the form of commission
or bonus. |
